Lizzie Martinez, Deputy Director
Lizzie Martinez joined the Vision Change Win team in February 2022 as the Deputy Director. She is responsible for leading on client relationships, staff and team management, internal policies and culture, as well as supporting finance and operations.
She spent the first decade of her career as a fundraiser for growing social justice nonprofits, including Latino Network and Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon. She is on the boards of Seeding Justice and the Library Advisory Board. She is the founder of the BIPOC Fundraisers Affinity Group and co-chair of Nonprofit Workers for Justice, as well as an instructor for a Nonprofit Certificate program.
She has degrees from Linfield College (B.A.) and American University (MPA). She enjoys building the “world’s greatest forts” with her nieces, eating tacos, and traveling to new places. Find her on Twitter (@lizmart8). She lives and works from Portland, OR.
